Sportsman Pierre Bischoff sponsored by Sinalco
German cult brand Sinalco will sponsor extreme sportsman Pierre Bischoff throughout 2018. The 33-year-old German competes in long-distance international road and mountain bike races.
Pierre Bischoff won the 2016 Race Across America, a 4,800 km event from the west to the east coast of the USA, in 9 days and 17 hours, sleeping for just 10 – 11 hours over the entire duration of the race. In 2017, Pierre Bischoff competed in the Trans-Siberian Extreme, a 9,200 km event from Moscow to Vladivostok. The tour is regarded as the hardest in the world. Remarkably, he managed to take second place.
This year he will again race in the Trans-Siberian Extreme and has his sights set on first place. Pierre Bischoff will be sponsored by the drink producer Sinalco and will embark on a training tour of Europe as part of his cooperation with the heritage brand. The tour begins in Duisburg, where Sinalco has its headquarters, and finishes in Rhodes, where Sinalco is produced in Greece.
The highlight, however, remains the Trans-Siberian Extreme. After the race Pierre Bischoff has a special challenge in mind. He wants to cycle back home from the finish in Vladivostok as a brand ambassador: almost 16,000 km in 100 days. Sinalco is bound to add a little sparkle to this adventure. 😉
